A sweet celebration

National Honey Week, one of the UK’s sweetest celebrations, is entering its 10th year and will be celebrated next week, from May 5-11.

And to spread the word about the fantastic qualities of honey and its diverse uses in cooking, the Honey Association will be launching Honeytime, Anytime, a free consumer booklet packed full of easy and nutritious recipes.

Honeytime, Anytime will demonstrate how honey is a core ingredient in many dishes and for a variety of meal occasions.

The booklet, also crammed full of fast facts and bee-themed games for children, will be available during National Honey Week from the National Honey Association.
